This is on a direct-hire agreement therefore, successful candidate will be employed directly in a multicare facility.
Position:
Physical Therapist Assistant and Occupational Therapist Assistant
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of an accredited school as a Physical Therapist Assistant/ Occupational Therapist Assistant
2. Currently licensed in the state of New York as a PTA/OTA.
3. Work experience is not necessary. Facility is willing to train newly licensed candidates.
Pre-employment Requirements:
1. Resume
2. SS Card
3. Work eligibility ID such as US Passport, US birth certificate, Alien Resident Card, EAD etc
4. Professional license and registration ( PTA/OTA)
5. Latest physical exam including immunization records (MMR in particular) either two dates of booster shots or titer level attaching its lab results.
6. BLS/CPR card
7. Two work-related reference letters.
8. Malpractice insurance
